Return Policy

Under the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, for a distance purchase you have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days from the day you receive it.

After this period an item can no longer be returned or exchanged.

An item to be returned must be in flawless and unused condition, with its original tags, labels and packaging kept intact.

If an item shows signs of use, damage, washing or a removed tag, the return and exchange will not be carried out and the item will be sent back to you.

Before buying, please check carefully the size and the age range of the product, which are shown in the description of each item.

Responsibility for choosing the wrong size or age lies with the customer. This is not considered a fault of the item and does not create any obligation on our side.

The cost of bringing the item back to us, including any courier fee, is paid by the customer.

The return is arranged by the customer, after prior agreement with us.

Your money is returned after we receive the item and confirm that it is in flawless condition. The inspection and the refund take place on the same day.

The refund is made in the same form in which the payment was made, or by another method agreed in advance.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent by mistake, contact us as soon as you receive it. We will resolve such a case within the limits of the applicable law.
