The questions we are asked most often are gathered below. If you cannot find your answer, write to us.
- How much does delivery cost?
Delivery in Tbilisi costs 6 ₾ and takes 1 to 2 working days.
Delivery to the regions of Georgia costs 10 ₾ and takes 2 to 4 working days.
Orders of 100 ₾ and above ship free anywhere in Georgia.
- How long will my order take?
Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days in Tbilisi and 2 to 4 working days to the regions.
The clock starts once we have confirmed your payment. The courier calls you before arriving.
- How does payment work?
Payment is by bank transfer. As soon as you place the order, our account numbers at TBC Bank and Bank of Georgia appear on screen, and the same details arrive by email.
Once you have sent the money, press the button confirming you have paid. We check the transfer and start preparing your order as soon as it clears.
Card payment will be added later.
- Why do I need to press the payment confirmation button?
It tells us the money is on its way and that it is time to check our bank statement. Without it your order stays in the awaiting payment state.
Only press it once the transfer has actually been made.
- How do I find out where my order is?
Sign in and open My orders. The current status is always shown there: awaiting payment, payment being checked, confirmed, on the way, or delivered.
- Are the items original?
Yes. Every item is new and brought in from Europe, keeping its tags and factory packaging.
We never sell used items or counterfeits.
- Can I return an item?
Yes. Under Georgian law you may return an item bought online within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
The item must be unused and flawless, with its tags and packaging intact.
- Who pays for the return?
The customer covers the courier cost when returning an item.
If an item turns out to have a manufacturing fault, or we sent the wrong one, we pay.
- How do I choose the right size?
Every product description states the size and age. The most reliable approach is to measure your child's height and compare it with the size guide.
European brands size mostly by height, with age given only as a guide, and small differences between brands are possible.
- Do you have a physical shop?
No, LittleMe is online only. A courier brings your order to any city in Georgia.
