Delivery and payment

Delivery in Tbilisi costs 6 ₾ and takes 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery to the regions of Georgia costs 10 ₾ and takes 2 to 4 working days.

Orders of 100 ₾ and above ship free anywhere in Georgia.

Payment is by bank transfer. As soon as you place the order, our account numbers at TBC Bank and Bank of Georgia appear on screen, and the same details arrive by email.

Put the order number in the payment reference, which makes checking quicker.

Once you have sent the money, press the button confirming you have paid. We check the transfer and confirm the order.

Card payment will be added later.

First, you choose your items and place the order. The status becomes awaiting payment.

Second, you transfer the money and press the payment confirmation button. The status becomes payment being checked.

Third, we check our bank statement. Once the transfer has cleared the status becomes confirmed and being prepared.

Fourth, the order goes to the courier and the status becomes on the way. The courier calls you before arriving.

You can see the status at any time in your account under My orders.
