Legal Compliance Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

LittleMe operates in line with the law of Georgia. This page sets out briefly which rules we follow when we sell, when we take payment and when we handle your data.

Applicable law

Our business is based on the law of Georgia, including the laws on the protection of consumer rights and on personal data protection.

Consumer rights

Before you buy you can see the description of the item, its price, the delivery cost and timing, and the purchase, cancellation and return procedure.

For a distance purchase you can return an item within 14 calendar days of receipt, under the return policy.

If a problem cannot be solved with us, you can turn to the Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency.

Quality and legality of products

We sell only new, original items that we buy lawfully from European stores. We do not sell used, counterfeit or prohibited goods.

Card payment rules

We follow the rules of the international payment systems (Visa, Mastercard) and of our payment provider Flitt.

We take payment only for items sold on the site, we do not raise the price by payment method, and we refund a card payment only to the same card.

Anti money laundering

We follow the anti money laundering requirements set by the law of Georgia and by the payment systems. We may refuse a suspicious transaction or ask for more information.

Personal data

We process your data only to fulfil your order and as the law requires. The privacy policy has the details.

Age

Orders and payments may be made by adults.

Resolving disputes

We first try to settle any dispute by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is considered by the courts of Georgia.
