Buying children's clothes online raises three questions: will it fit, when will it arrive and what happens if it does not. All three are answered below.
First: will it fit
This is the most common worry and the easiest to solve. European brands label sizes by the child's height, so it is enough to measure your child once and compare with the chart.
- For clothing, measure the height; there is more in our size article
- For shoes, measure the foot; there is more in our shoe article
- Both charts are together on the size guide page
Every product page states the exact size and age. If you are between two sizes, write to us and we will help.
Second: when will it arrive
We deliver across Georgia, in Tbilisi and to the regions. The rates and times are on the delivery page and you will also see them at checkout.
Payment is by bank transfer. After placing the order you will see our account details, you make the transfer and press the button to say you have paid. We check it and prepare the order.
Creating an account is not required. If you order without one, you receive a personal link that shows the status of your order at any time.
Third: if it does not fit
You have fourteen calendar days from receipt. The item must be unused, with its tags and packaging. The full text, including who pays the cost of sending it back, is on the returns page.
What we sell
Every item is brand new, from European brands and with its tags. We do not sell second hand clothing. What sets each brand apart is described in our brands article.
Further questions are answered on the FAQ page, and if you cannot find the answer there, simply write to us.
